What each class actually is

Every class here is coached and progressive. Nothing is random, and nothing is filler. If you are not sure where you fit, start at the bottom of this page.

Pure Build

Strength

Progressive strength. Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, loaded properly and built on week after week. This is the class that carries over into skiing, biking, tramping and the rest of your life outside the gym.

It is structured and strength first. It is not random circuits, and it is not conditioning dressed up as strength.

Best for: anyone who wants to get measurably stronger and has the basics sorted. Six sessions a week across mornings and evenings.

Pure Foundation

Strength / On-ramp

Where most people start. The same strength work as Build, run at slower tempos with more coaching on position, breathing and technique. You learn the patterns properly and build joint tolerance before you load them up.

Best for: new to training, coming back after time off or injury, or you simply want to get it right first. It is also a smart place to stay long term.

Senior Performance

Strength / Longevity

Coached strength for older adults. Progressive, properly loaded and genuinely challenging, not a watered down version of anything. Clear cues, sensible progressions, and a group that turns up for each other.

The goal is simple. Stay strong, stay steady, stay independent, and keep doing the things you want to do.

Best for: active adults 60 and over. Five sessions a week, Monday to Friday, all daytime.

Pure Ladies Lift

Strength / Women

Strength training for women, run in blocks of six sessions. Progressive loading in a coaching environment built around technique, confidence and belonging. No fluff, no intimidation.

It is a skill and confidence builder with a clear next step. Most women finish a block ready to walk into Pure Build.

Best for: women who want to get strong and want to learn how first. Two lunchtime sessions a week.

Pure Flow

Movement / Recovery

Controlled mobility, breathing and joint preparation. Low fatigue, high return. Calm and intentional, not stretch and chat.

Move better today so you can train harder tomorrow. It pairs well with your Build days, and it works on its own if you are stiff, sore or carrying a heavy load elsewhere.

Best for: anyone stiff or overloaded, and a great first step before strength work.

Oov Pilates

Movement / Control

Core control, pelvic stability and breathing mechanics on the Oov. Precision work, small corrections, low impact. Control before load.

It is the class that quietly makes everything else move better, which is why it sits alongside Build and Foundation rather than replacing them.

Best for: improving movement quality across all your training. Two sessions a week, Tuesday lunchtime and Wednesday evening.
